Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to German-speaking clients on financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with account management, transaction processes, and product-related questions accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and streamline service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or client services within the finance industry is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
