WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We offer you the ultimate opportunity to familiarise yourself with diverse HR activities of the People & Culture department at BASF Coatings over a period of 18 to 24 months. Would you like to become part of a global team? Then apply for our START IN Coatings trainee program!
- Together with you, we design an exciting program with three to four rotations in which you get to know both operational and strategic challenges in the area of People & Culture (HR). Immerse yourself in the world of HR management and get actively involved in all process steps - be it recruitment, employee development, workforce analysis or P&C digitalisation.
- You also support the People & Culture units in advising managers at local, regional and global level. In particular, you are going to be able to put your acquired expertise and analytical skills into practice and create direct value.
- In addition, you have the opportunity to take responsibility for (sub-) projects and actively work on strategic P&C topics right from the start. In this way, you will be optimally prepared for your target function, which we also define together with you.
- Ready for an adventure abroad? Our trainee programme includes a stay abroad of three to six months.
- We are flexible in coordinating your preferred start date.
WHAT YOU OFFER

- Successfully completed a Master's degree in HR management/analytics, (business) psychology, economics with a focus on HR and organisation, human resources or comparable field
- Practical experience in the People&Culture (HR) environment, for example via internships, working students, apprenticeships
- Experience abroad via a semester abroad, internships or similar
- Affinity and enjoyment of digitalisation and IT transformation, as well as a great willingness to actively drive change
- strong communication skills and enjoy taking on responsibility in a global environment
- excellent written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
