For our location in Greven near Münster, we are looking for a warehouse employee (m/f/d) with personnel responsibility for our warehouse logistics as soon as possible. This person will support the shift supervisor in daily operations.

You will lead your team, ensure an efficient flow of goods, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Your Future Responsibilities:

• You and your team will be responsible for the daily implementation of our targets.
• You will coordinate your employees and be the key contact for safety, order, and cleanliness within your team.
• You will support the shift supervisor in daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• You will train new employees in work processes.
• You will lead your team with motivation, appreciation, and a results-oriented approach, serving as a competent role model.

What We Are Looking For:

• Ideally, you have experience in warehouse logistics.
• You have already gained initial experience in personnel management.
• You tackle challenges in a solution-oriented way and can quickly adapt to new tasks.
• You are willing to work in shifts and on Saturdays.
• You communicate confidently in spoken and written German and Russian, Ukrainian or Polish.
• You have basic experience with Excel.
• Your reliability, high level of commitment, resilience, and strong social skills round off your profile.
