for the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project “Teach4Sustainability – Climate Change and Sustainability Education for Teacher Trainees across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa”. We are offering a fixed-term part-time position (50 %) for two years (24 month) starting at the earliest possible date aligned with the duration of the project.

Your tasks:

• operational coordination and day-to-day management of the Erasmus+ Teach4Sustainability project at the University of Münster, including administrative, financial-reporting, and quality assurance tasks in close cooperation with the Project Manager and the Managing Director of the Institute;
• liaison and workflow coordination with the six partner universities in Germany, Spain, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and The Gambia, including preparation of project meetings;
• contribution to empirical research across the project’s work packages (multi-country needs assessment, co-development of a six-module CCSE curriculum, facilitator training, virtual exchange delivery, and dissemination);
• collection, analysis, and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data from teacher trainees, facilitators, and faculty across partner institutions, including survey design, interviews, and case study work;
• support for the design, piloting, and evaluation of the CCSE curriculum and for the build-up and curation of the project’s Open Educational Resources (OER) repository;
• contribution to academic dissemination through peer-reviewed publications, international conferences, policy briefs, and project communication products (website, newsletters, progress reports);

Our expectations:

Must-have criteria (required):

• a completed university degree at Master’s or equivalent level (Diplom, Staatsexamen, or comparable qualification) in geography, geography education, education sciences, environmental or sustainability sciences, development studies, or a closely related discipline is required;
• an excellent command of written and spoken English is required, as English is the working language of the project and consortium;
