This presents an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the Legal & Compliance organisation for Surventis from its foundation. Therefore, we are looking for an expert for legal operations.In your new role, you support the strategic development and operational excellence of the Legal & Compliance department of Surventis on a global level.You develop and monitor the budget, legal spend and outside counsel management of Legal & Compliance.Furthermore, you manage legal technologies, including contract lifecycle management and matter management systems.You implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.In addition, you lead legal transformation projects, including AI and digitalization initiatives, and develop knowledge management and document management frameworks.You also coordinate resource planning and support organizational development within Legal & Compliance.WHAT YOU OFFERuniversity degree in legal, business, technical or related fieldseveral years of professional experience with at least 3 years dedicated to legal operations, project management or related roles as well as experience in an international manufacturing environment is preferreddemonstrated experience in managing processes and tools in a company strong project management abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams; proactive, resourceful, and client-service orienteddemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across cultures, functions, and geographiesexcellent communication skills in Englisch; German or other additional languages are a plusWHAT WE OFFERWe offer an attractive salary with individual benefits such as performance-related bonuses.
