• An excellent Master’s degree in chemistry or a related field, with documented expertise in a relevant topic.
• Independent, structured research approach combined with high motivation and initiative.
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and willingness to work in international teams.
• Excellent English skills; German not required (German courses are offered).
