The goal is clear: excellent business processes with Oracle® digitalisation solutions! And you’ll be guiding our clients – start-ups, high-growth companies and ambitious medium-sized businesses – towards a digital future. Working closely with the client, you’ll design intelligent business processes in which modern, market-leading digitalisation technologies can realise their full potential. Using agile and hybrid methodology models, you’ll configure NetSuite ERP solutions that are precisely tailored to the client’s business processes. You’ll be responsible for the turnkey implementation and the accompanying change management.

A wide range of tasks awaits you:

• Analysing, improving or redesigning business processes. What makes this role unique is that, in workshops, you will use the Horus® business process tools and ready-made best-practice reference models for process visualisation and documentation.
• Working alongside the client’s subject matter experts, you will develop, following a standardised procedure, requirements specifications for the configuration of the target system and guidelines for client-specific additional developments and integrations. You will also define suitable test cases.
• To ensure rapid implementation, you’ll ‘take the shortcut’ and draw on ready-made SuiteSuccess or best-practice solutions, which are continuously refined through an agile process.
• Design, configuration, customisation and testing of business processes within the Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
• Planning data migration and providing support during the transformation process, data cleansing and the execution of the migration.
• Supporting organisational change management. You will also plan and deliver training and coaching programmes.
• Where required, supporting the client during the operational phase, resolving application issues and rectifying system errors, as well as providing ongoing maintenance and further development of the system.

Requirements

You will have:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Management, Business Administration with an affinity for IT, Computer Science with an affinity for Business Administration, or you may be a career changer with practical business experience
• Business management knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
• Finance and Accounting
• Enterprise Performance Management
• SCM/Logistics and Production
• Customer Experience (Sales, Marketing, Service)
• Knowledge and, ideally, practical experience in the tool-supported analysis and modelling of business processes.
• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI with the aim of creating sustainable, human-centred user experiences
• Strong communication skills, the ability to think abstractly and organise information, attention to detail in the preparation of documentation and presentation materials, as well as a good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel for project work both domestically and abroad
