Work Schedule: 39,5 hours Monday – Friday with the possibility for Part-Time hours if more than 50%.Remain up to date with regulatory / statutory changes that might affect the organization and ensure that policies are up to date and approvedDefine, update, and publish Regulatory and Statutory Compliance DashboardsSupport stakeholders in filing, and registering any documents including forms, returns, and applications for the companyCoordinate with internal stakeholders and act as custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registersManage the Secretarial and Compliance Audit and publish reportsDevelop controls to monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changesMinimum Qualifications:3 or more years of professional experience in Corporate Secretarial and Statutory Compliance Preferred Qualifications:Law Graduate with knowledge on legal mattersQualified Company Secretary having worked with a multinational company or a national level law / secretarial firmTrained and experienced with secretary and legal / law; prior or current experience as Compliance Manager Additional Job Standards:High business orientation, process-driven mindset, attention to detail, strong in compliance along with a thorough understanding of legal matters and a hands-on approachStrong ability to work within a teamStrong aptitude for planning, organization, and decision-makingExcellent communication and presentation skills with a rapport-building abilityAbility to work to deadlines and exercise effective time management and leadership skillsStrong in governance management and Board level discussions and documentationWorks efficiently and effectively in a matrix environmentBusiness proficient in both German and English languagesLimited travel up to 10% within GermanyLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
