We are seeking for a team-orientated and highly motivated Minijober- Ordering, logistics, documentation and Administration (m/f/d), 10 hrs/per Week  to join our international team.

Job Description

 Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor laboratory supplies and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment, proper storage and ordering ensuring consistent stock availability.
• Accurately document data, manage incoming deliveries, input deliveries into the inventory system using barcode scanning to ensure efficient stock management and maintain orderly records.
• Handle administrative tasks related to ordering; seek alternative suppliers and better offers, track order statuses, communicate with vendors regarding orders, delivery schedules, and any related issues to ensure smooth supply chain operations,
• Prepare packages, organize shipments and assist with customs release documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student, preferably with an interest in biology, life sciences, or a related field.
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written). English is the official language in the company.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Reliable, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in a laboratory or basic knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus, but not required.
